The proposal creates 2 new build 6 storey, 3-bed town houses and in so doing stitches back tan original residential terrace, putting a disused gap to beneficial use. Our aim is to provide homes that offer reduced environmental impact, lower running costs and  features that enhance health and well-being. They have been designed to achieve a minimum of level 4 within the code for sustainable homes by using a considered whole building system approach.
